Even though my husband and I are based in QLD, we cannot fault any of the services from the team and the distance and time difference was never an issue. It was a pleasure working with Bruno. He was very patient and always happy to assist us with all the changes we requested to our floor plan. His communication was excellent—he made time to meet with us and was responsive to our emails and calls, even on weekends, including on his birthday.

I had a very smooth process with Bruno at Winning Homes, who helped me secure a house and land package. What I really appreciated was that from the start he understood what my goal was, and that I was working with a tight budget. He found me options and never tried to upsell me on extra inclusions and such. He was very accommodating in my requests to exclude items to bring the cost down. Bruno was great at keeping me updated from searching for land, to signing the contract. My build is only about to start, and I hope the build process goes just as smooth.

Sam from Winning Home IQ called after I send enquire about home package for DHL. Within a few weeks a land was secure and contract signed. Wow… I am extremely impressed. Sam always available when I have questions and very helpful. Highly recommend.

Bruno has been looking after us from the start. He has been kind and professional, allowing us to make numerous changes within the build contract. Now we have come to an agreement, we are waiting for our land to title, then will update feedback upon completion of building

Well goodness gracious me, where do I even begin! I simply must give a glowing review to Winning Homes because they have been just wonderful to deal with. But more importantly, I have to talk about the absolute STAR of the show ⭐️the lovely Alyssa. Now let me tell you, that girl is sharper than a tack and quicker than a hiccup! I don’t know what they’re feeding these young folks these days, but Alyssa was just zooming along getting everything sorted for me before I could even finish my cup of tea.😂😂 At my age I sometimes feel like I’m still trying to figure out these modern things, but Alyssa handled everything so patiently and kindly not once did she make me feel like a silly old goose 🪿 (Which i feel i am haha) If I were running the place myself, I’d be marching straight into the office and giving that young lady a promotion faster than you can say “Bob’s your uncle!” 💰😂 Honestly, if there were an employee of the century award, she’d be getting my vote. The whole experience was smooth as butter thanks to her. Such a dear, polite, hardworking young woman and goodness me, she knows her stuff! I found myself telling my neighbour Dorothy all about the whole experience! All I can say is this, if you’re thinking about working with Winning Homes, do it! Really impressed with the build quality and overall experience with Winning Homes IQ. This was for our investment property and the process has been smooth from start to almost completion. The inclusions in their builds are excellent – there were plenty of features already included that you wouldn’t normally think about. Overall very happy with how everything has turned out and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to build.

Building my first home with Winning Homes IQ was such a great experience. I was pretty nervous at the start and had no idea what to expect, but the team made everything so easy to understand and guided me through each step. From the moment I visited a display home and met Sam Wright, he has been simply amazing. From listening to my case and working closely to what I needed and what my 2 young boys needed, then helping put together a house plan suited to my requirements. Sam also went above and beyond helping to secure a block for my Boys and I without me really doing anything. Most other places wanted me to do the running around. Sam’s communication the last 4-5 months has also been outstanding. Customer service is rarely seen these days especially to the extent Sam has provided myself. I cannot speak highly enough of Sam and would recommend anyone nervous about starting a build to reach out to him, you will not be disappointed. Excited to keep going through the build with you!!
